I have been a stay-at-home parent for the past three years and am the proud parent of three young children. When the pandemic began, my youngest was a newborn, and I spent countless hours researching ways to support early learning and development through play. During this time, I developed a strong interest in the Montessori approach and the belief that children thrive with less structured programming and more opportunities for meaningful, child-led play.

After relocating to Hebron in 2021, I searched for engaging activities and spaces for my children and quickly realized how limited the options were for young families. This inspired the vision for a welcoming environment where children and caregivers could come together to play, connect, and grow—leading to the creation of My Kid’s Place.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a master’s degree in Social Work. My Kid’s Place would not be possible without the unwavering support of my husband, Derek, and my children, Cole, Eliza, and Brody. We are so excited to welcome you and your family.
